What it does today
- Checks websites (HTTP/S, with or without expected text), TCP ports, ping and SSL certificate expiry, from a monitoring location in Chile outside the customer's network.
- Opens an incident after 2 consecutive failures and alerts by email; on paid plans also via Slack, Microsoft Teams and webhook.
- Classifies the cause of each outage: DNS, certificate, timeout, server error or content.
- Produces a monthly SLA report that excludes scheduled maintenance and measurement gaps; on Professional, also as a PDF.
- Publishes status pages with 90 days of history.
- Offers provider SLAs, ISO 27001 evidence export (controls A.8.16 and A.5.30), a public API, and an importer from UptimeRobot or CSV.
- On the Managed plan, TECDEX sets up and runs business checks: SOAP operations, APIs with vaulted credentials and login flows, with a person following up on every incident.
What it does NOT do, or doesn't offer yet
- It doesn't monitor internal networks or machines behind a firewall: it only checks public addresses.
- It isn't an application performance monitoring (APM) or real user monitoring (RUM) tool.
- In the works: a second monitoring location, WhatsApp alerts, custom domains for status pages, the Agency plan with per-client workspaces and white-labeling, API, heartbeat and DNS checks in self-service, Pix payments and add-on purchases.
- It doesn't send SMS.

Frequently asked questions
How often do you check my site?
It depends on the plan: every 5 minutes on Free, every minute on Basic and Agency, and every 30 seconds on Professional.
Where do you check from?
From a monitoring location in Chile, outside your network, the way a customer would see it. A second location for the Professional plan is on its way (coming soon).
Will I get false alarms?
Very few: we open an incident only after 2 consecutive failures, and we tell you it's back once it stays up for 10 minutes.
Can I try it without paying?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and needs no card: 5 websites checked every 5 minutes.
How do I pay?
Outside Chile you pay by credit or debit card, PayPal or Google Pay through Paddle; Pix in Brazil is coming soon. In Chile you pay in pesos through Flow.
Do you issue Chilean invoices?
Yes. Customers in Chile pay through Flow and receive an electronic invoice from Servicios Tecnológicos TecDex SpA.
What happens if I downgrade?
Monitors over the new limit are paused, not deleted. Upgrade again and they come back on their own.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days. See the refund policy for the details.
Does it work as evidence for an ISO 27001 audit?
Yes. On Professional you export the period's availability, incidents and causes, organized by controls A.8.16 and A.5.30.
Can I resell it to my clients?
Yes, with the Agency plan: one workspace per client and your own branding (coming soon). If you want to start earlier, get in touch.
What is the SLA report, and why does it exclude maintenance?
It's the monthly availability calculation for each service. It excludes scheduled maintenance and measurement gaps because they aren't outages: that keeps the number fair and defensible with a provider or a client.
